Thank you Governor Justice and Delegate Clark of the 65th District
Governor Justice and Delegate Wayne Clark of Jefferson County gave to JCCM a wonderful grant of $4,000 to help us repair JCCM’s electrical system. Thank you very much! It was a treat to visit the West Virginia State Capital, get a tour by Wayne Clark, and receive their gift.
